Account and data deletion
Delete your Dice Duo account
You can request deletion here even if you have uninstalled Dice Duo. You do not need to reinstall the game or sign in to this webpage.
Request account deletion by emailThe button opens your email app. It does not send a message automatically. If it does not open, copy the address into your usual email service and send your request there.
Request deletion without the app
- Email privacy@bouncycomet.com with the subject Dice Duo account deletion.
- Say that you want your Dice Duo account and associated account data deleted. Include the email used for your game account. Your player ID is optional.
- Send from the registered email address if you can. We confirm ownership through that address before deleting the account. An email sender address alone is not proof of ownership.
- We tell you when deletion is complete, or explain any information needed to verify your request and any data that must remain.
Never send your game password, inbox password, access token or identity document in your initial email. If you no longer have access to your account email, explain that in your request so we can discuss a proportionate ownership check.
This is a support-assisted request, not an instant web deletion. We handle verified requests as promptly as possible and tell you the expected completion time in our reply. Applicable legal deadlines still apply.
Delete inside Dice Duo
- Connect to the internet and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Profile → Account → Delete account.
- Type DELETE. Enter your game password if the account has one; otherwise request and enter the six-digit deletion code sent to your account email.
- Confirm deletion and wait for Account deleted. A network error or failed identity check means deletion has not been confirmed.
Offline play can still be used after the online account is deleted.
What the server deletes
- The account and its linked login information, password hash and Google sign-in link, where present.
- The player profile, online stats and progress, coins, coin ledger, inventory and equipped cosmetics.
- Account sessions, refresh tokens, email verification and recovery codes, and account-linked reward intents and offline result reports.
- Your leaderboard entries. Your stored name in retained match records is replaced with Deleted player.
- Play-reminder notification tokens linked to the account, if you turned reminders on.
Active matches are ended and matchmaking or private-room participation is stopped. Old queued account emails are removed; a deletion-confirmation email may be sent to a verified address.
What can remain
Account deletion does not erase every technical record immediately. The following limits describe the current server behaviour:
- Match records: opponents' match history keeps the result and player/match identifiers, with your name changed to Deleted player. These records currently have no automatic expiry. They are not claimed to be fully anonymous.
- Security and moderation: ban records, restricted staff notes and hashed blocked identities can remain to investigate abuse and prevent ban evasion. They currently have no automatic expiry.
- Audit and reward records: administrative audit records are cleaned up after 730 days; rewarded-ad callback records after 90 days. Reward callbacks lose the account foreign-key link on deletion, but technical payloads can remain until cleanup.
- Purchase records: if the account made a Google Play purchase, the server's record of it remains with the direct account link removed: the hashed purchase token, a one-way hashed account identifier, the Google Play order ID, the product, what was delivered, the purchase status and times, and the record of a one-time bundle. A purchase token still waiting for Google's acknowledgement also stays in protected form until that step completes. They stop the same purchase being delivered twice, let a later refund or dispute be checked, and currently have no automatic expiry. Google keeps its own order records under its own policies. Deleting an account does not refund a purchase.
- Confirmation email: the server's deletion-confirmation outbox record is subject to a 30-day retention policy with periodic cleanup. Delivered email copies are handled by the receiving mailbox and email provider.
- Backups and operational logs: existing protected backups can contain earlier account data. The current deployment does not automatically expire database backups. Log and provider retention can differ; deletion of the active account is not an immediate backup or provider-data purge.
- Configuration history: an internal account identifier can remain in earlier configuration versions or account-specific maintenance and ad-exemption lists. These versions and lists currently have no automatic deletion deadline.
- Your device: local offline saves and settings can remain. To remove them, use Android's app-storage clear option for Dice Duo; labels vary by device. Device or cloud backups may keep earlier copies.
Contact privacy@bouncycomet.com about retained information or other privacy requests. We review whether continued retention is necessary, explain any justified exception and address requests involving service-provider data.
