This form has no server behind it. Pressing send opens your own email app with everything filled in, so you keep a copy in your sent folder and we never store your details on this site.

Before you write

Three things worth knowing

A small studio answers its own mail. Here is what that means for you.

When you will hear back

Usually within a few business days. We are a small team, so we will not pretend to a same-day guarantee we cannot keep.

If a week goes by with nothing, send it again. Mail does get lost, and a nudge is never rude.

What to put in a publishing note

Tell us which titles you have published, the genres and regions you are strongest in, how you split revenue, and what you expect from a studio during soft launch.

Say whether you want to look at Dice Duo or at something new. That one line saves a whole round of email.

How to report a Dice Duo bug

Mail support@bouncycomet.com with your device and Android version, the app version, the game and mode you were in, and what you expected to happen instead.

A screenshot or short screen recording of the moment it went wrong is worth more than any description. It is the fastest way for us to see the bug for ourselves.
