Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Bouncy Comet when you visit this website or play one of our games. We have kept them short, plain and free of tricks.

Last updated: 20 October 2026 Applies to bouncycomet.com and Dice Duo

The short version

A quick summary so you know what you are agreeing to. It is a summary only. The numbered terms below are the ones that actually govern your use of our games.

Play fair

We give you a personal license to play our games. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play or take our games apart.

Coins are not money

Coins, skins and boosters live inside the game, whether you earn them or buy them. They have no cash value, cannot be sold, and cannot be exchanged for real money.

No cash prizes

Dice Duo uses chance-based dice games for entertainment. Nothing in it is played for real money: there are no cash prizes and no cash withdrawals.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By visiting bouncycomet.com, downloading one of our games, or playing a Bouncy Comet game as a guest or a signed-in player, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Services.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Bouncy Comet, an independent mobile game studio. Where we say "we", "us" or "our", we mean Bouncy Comet. Where we say "you", we mean the person using the Services.

2. Who may use the Services

Dice Duo: 2 Player Dice Games is intended for players aged 13 and over. Children under 13 must not use Dice Duo. Google Play shows Dice Duo as "Rated for 3+": that IARC rating describes the game's content, not the age it is intended for. Any separate game intended for a different age group must provide its own applicable eligibility notice.

  • You must meet the minimum age and other requirements that apply where you live.
  • If local law treats you as a minor or requires parental permission for the service or data processing, obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before using the relevant features.
  • A parent or guardian giving permission must read these terms and the Privacy Policy and supervise use as required by local law.
  • You may not evade a suspension or ban by creating another account.

A store content rating does not override legal age or consent requirements. Parents can contact privacy@bouncycomet.com about a child's data.

3. Definitions

  • Services means this website at bouncycomet.com together with every Bouncy Comet game, including Dice Duo, and any related updates, support and communication we provide.
  • Game means any application, build or playable release published by Bouncy Comet.
  • Account means a registered Bouncy Comet player profile created inside one of our games.
  • Guest play means supported offline play without a player account. Local saves and advertising/technical processing are described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Virtual items means coins, tokens, dice, skins, boosters, chests, rewards, levels, XP and any other in-game content that exists only inside a game.
  • User content means anything you submit through the Services, such as a display name, a profile choice or a message you send us.

4. Your license to use our games

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own private entertainment.

That license is what it says and nothing more. It does not transfer ownership of anything to you. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, lend or commercially exploit any part of a game, and you may not distribute modified copies of it. We may revoke the license if you break these terms.

5. Accounts, guest play and progress

Dice Duo supports offline bot games and two players sharing one device without sign-in. Online matches, private rooms, the online store, daily rewards and leaderboards need a connection and an email or Google player account. Quick matching may include bot opponents. If you create an account:

  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for your credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Keep your login private. A dedicated account provided for authorised app-store review must not contain personal data or administrator access.
  • Tell us promptly at support@bouncycomet.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.
  • Do not create an account for someone else, sell an account, or buy one.

Local progress can be lost if the device or app data is reset. Android/device backup and restore settings may affect local files. An account saves supported server progress; it does not guarantee restoration of every local setting or offline file.

6. Virtual items and in-game currency

What you are actually getting

When you earn or buy coins, tokens, dice, skins or any other virtual item, you receive a limited, personal, revocable license to use that item inside the game. You do not own it, and it does not exist outside the game.

Virtual items have no real-world value

Virtual items have no monetary value. They are not your property, not a balance held for you, not a credit, and not a store of value. They cannot be withdrawn, cashed out or redeemed for money, goods or anything of real-world value, and they cannot be transferred, gifted, traded or sold to anyone, inside or outside the game. We may change, rebalance, expire or discontinue any virtual item at any time as the game evolves, and you are not entitled to compensation when we do.

Purchases and refunds

No purchase is needed to play Dice Duo. Coins are earned in the game: from the daily reward, from winning matches and from optional rewarded advertisements when they are available. Skins and boosters are bought with coins. Ads and rewards can depend on service and provider availability.

Dice Duo may also offer optional purchases for real money through Google Play: coin packs, and one-time bundles that can contain coins, cosmetic skins and boosters. Purchases are not offered in every version of the game or in every country. Where they are not offered, nothing can be bought and nothing is charged. The rest of this section applies wherever a purchase is offered or has been made.

  • Payment and price. Google Play takes the payment under its own terms. We never receive or see your card or bank details. Google Play shows the price, normally in your local currency, and its payment screen shows the final amount, including any taxes, before you confirm. Every purchase is a single one-time payment. Dice Duo has no subscriptions and no recurring charges.
  • Who can buy. You must be signed in to a Dice Duo player account. A guest cannot buy. A purchase stays with the Dice Duo account that made it and cannot be moved or restored to a different account. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, buy only with the permission of a parent or guardian who is entitled to use the payment method.
  • Delivery (no shipping). Everything sold is digital and is used inside the game. Nothing is shipped. After you pay, our game server checks the purchase with Google Play and then adds the items, once, to the signed-in game account that made the purchase.
  • Pending payments. Some payment methods leave an order pending. Items are delivered only after Google Play confirms that the payment has completed. If a pending payment is cancelled or never completes, nothing is delivered.
  • Restore purchases. If a paid purchase has not arrived, or you have reinstalled the game, use Restore purchases in the Store while signed in to the same game account and the same Google Play account. It completes a delivery that was interrupted and re-checks the one-time bundles the account owns. It does not add coins a second time, and it never refills a coin pack that was already delivered. If the items are still missing after that, write to support@bouncycomet.com. We check the order with Google Play; if the payment completed and the items were never added to your account, we add them or, if we cannot, arrange a refund through Google Play.
  • Purchases are final. Virtual items are digital content delivered for immediate use, so a purchase is final and is not refunded, except where the law that applies to you or Google Play's refund policy says otherwise, or where a completed payment could not be delivered (see Restore purchases above).
  • Asking for a refund. Ask Google Play first, from your Google Play order history. Google decides those requests under its own refund policy. If Google Play sends you to the developer, or cannot help, write to support@bouncycomet.com with the Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.), the email address of your Dice Duo account and what went wrong. Never send card numbers, bank details or passwords. A refund we approve is paid back through Google Play, normally to the payment method used for the order. Our Refunds and Cancellations page gives the steps.
  • After a refund. A purchase that is refunded, reversed or charged back is flagged for review, and the coins and items it delivered may be removed from the account. A refunded purchase cannot be restored.
  • No cash value. A purchase gives you virtual items to use inside the game and nothing else. See Virtual items have no real-world value above.

No cash wagering or redemption

Nothing in Dice Duo is played for real money. There are no cash prizes and no withdrawals. Its dice mechanics are chance-based entertainment. Where a match has an entry fee, it is a fixed number of coins set by us, and the prize is a fixed number of coins. A player never chooses an amount. Buying, earning or winning coins or other virtual items does not create a cash entitlement.

7. Acceptable use

Our games are meant to be a fair fight. When you use the Services, you agree not to:

  • Cheat, use hacks, modify game files, or manipulate memory, network traffic or game state.
  • Knowingly exploit a bug, glitch or unintended behavior for advantage instead of reporting it.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Services, except where local law expressly allows it.
  • Harass, threaten, insult or spam other players in multiplayer or through any feature we provide.
  • Use bots, scripts, emulated input or any other automated system to play matches, farm rewards or influence the leaderboard.
  • Sell, buy, rent or resell accounts, or transfer virtual items outside the game.
  • Interfere with our servers, probe our infrastructure, or try to gain access to any system or data you are not entitled to.
  • Use the Services for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaks a rule of the app store you downloaded the game from.

Found a bug that gives an unfair advantage? Tell us at support@bouncycomet.com. We would rather fix it than ban people over it.

8. User content

You keep ownership of the content you submit, such as your display name or a message you send us. By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services, for example showing your display name on a leaderboard or next to you in a match.

You are responsible for what you submit. Do not use names or content that are sexually explicit, hateful, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, unlawful, misleading, impersonating, privacy-invading or infringing on another person's rights. Do not include someone else's private contact details. A display name can be visible in matches and leaderboards. We may reject, remove or reset a name and restrict accounts that break these rules. Report a problematic name or conduct to support@bouncycomet.com with the player/match information, without sharing your password.

9. Our intellectual property

The Services, and everything in them, belong to Bouncy Comet or our licensors. That includes game code, artwork, characters, board and token designs, dice and skin designs, animation, sound, music, user interface, text, the Bouncy Comet name and logo, and the Dice Duo name and logo. Applicable copyright, trademark and other rights remain with their respective owners to the extent recognised by law. This statement does not claim that every asset independently qualifies for copyright protection or that every name is a registered trademark.

Except for the limited license in section 4, nothing in these terms gives you any right to our intellectual property. You may not use our names, logos or artwork to suggest a partnership, sponsorship or endorsement we have not agreed to in writing. For press assets or a collaboration, write to partners@bouncycomet.com.

10. Third-party services and app store terms

Dice Duo uses Google Play (including Google Play's billing system wherever a purchase is offered), Google sign-in, Google advertising/UMP components and Unity LevelPlay / ironSource and Unity Ads, together with game-server infrastructure. These providers' applicable terms and privacy practices also apply to their services. Advertising and diagnostics are described in our Privacy Policy. Provider outages or your region/consent choices may affect ads and rewards.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability or their terms. Your dealings with them are between you and them.

11. Availability, updates and changes to the Services

We are an independent studio and the Services are a living product. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, modes, virtual items, servers or an entire game at any time. We may also release updates that you need to install in order to keep playing.

We do not promise the Services will always be available or uninterrupted. Maintenance, platform outages, network issues and bugs happen. Where a change is significant, such as retiring a game or shutting down multiplayer servers, we will give reasonable notice where it is practical to do so, through the game, this website or the email address on your account.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, free of harmful components, or that any defect will be fixed. You use the Services at your own risk, on your own device.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Bouncy Comet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, loss of progress, loss of virtual items, loss of profits or loss of goodwill, arising out of or connected to your use of the Services.

Where we are found liable despite the above, our total liability to you for all claims combined is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us through the Services in the twelve months before the claim arose, or fifty United States dollars.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Bouncy Comet and the people who work with us against any claim, loss, liability or reasonable legal cost arising from your misuse of the Services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights.

15. Where these limits may not apply

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain kinds of loss. If you live somewhere that limits what a company can disclaim, the exclusions and limits in sections 12, 13 and 14 apply to you only as far as your local law permits. Nothing in these terms removes a right your local consumer law gives you, and nothing here limits our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

16. Termination and suspension

You can stop playing at any time. Uninstalling alone does not delete a server account. To delete a Dice Duo account, use Profile → Account → Delete account, or use our public account-deletion page without reinstalling the app. Ownership verification is required. Account deletion permanently removes live account progress and virtual items, including purchased ones, and revokes sessions. Deleting an account does not refund a purchase. The Privacy Policy explains retained history, purchase and security records, logs and backups.

We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, if you break these terms, if we reasonably suspect cheating or fraud, or if we are required to by law. Where it is appropriate and practical, we will warn you first and give you a chance to explain. When an account is terminated, any virtual items attached to it are forfeited without compensation, and the license in section 4 ends immediately. Sections 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 18 survive termination.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our games grow and as the law changes. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give clearer notice, for example a message inside the game or an email to the address on your account. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

18. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the Services, are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts of India will have authority to hear any dispute, except where the consumer law that applies to you gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
