Refund and Cancellation Policy

How a purchase in Dice Duo is paid for and delivered, what to do when something goes wrong, and how to ask for a refund. This page sets out the purchase rules of our Terms of Service as steps you can follow.

Last updated: 9 October 2026 Applies to Dice Duo

The short version

Three things to know before the detail. It is a summary only: the numbered sections below and our Terms of Service are the ones that apply.

Google Play takes the payment

Purchases are optional and are paid through Google Play, at the price Google Play shows you. We never see your card or bank details.

Nothing to cancel

Every purchase is a single one-time payment. Dice Duo has no subscriptions and no recurring charges.

Refunds start at Google Play

Ask Google Play first, from your order history. If that does not settle it, write to us with your order number and we will look at it ourselves.

1. What can be bought

No purchase is needed to play Dice Duo. Coins are earned in the game: from the daily reward, from winning matches and from optional rewarded advertisements when they are available. Skins and boosters are bought with coins.

Dice Duo may also offer optional purchases for real money through Google Play: coin packs, and one-time bundles that can contain coins, cosmetic skins and boosters. Purchases are not offered in every version of the game or in every country. Where they are not offered, nothing can be bought and nothing is charged.

2. Payment, price and delivery

  • Payment. Google Play takes the payment under its own terms. We never receive or see your card or bank details.
  • Price. Google Play shows the price, normally in your local currency. Its payment screen shows the final amount, including any taxes, before you confirm.
  • Account. You must be signed in to a Dice Duo player account. A guest cannot buy. A purchase stays with the Dice Duo account that made it. It cannot be moved or restored to a different account.
  • Delivery (no shipping). Everything sold is digital and is used inside the game. Nothing is shipped. After you pay, our game server checks the purchase with Google Play and then adds the items, once, to the signed-in game account that made the purchase.
  • Pending payments. Some payment methods leave an order pending. Items are delivered only after Google Play confirms that the payment has completed. If a pending payment is cancelled or never completes, nothing is delivered.

3. Cancellations

Dice Duo has no subscriptions and no recurring charges, so there is nothing to cancel. Every purchase is a single one-time payment, and you are never charged again unless you choose to buy again.

A payment that is still pending is handled by Google Play, not by us. Once a payment has completed and the items are delivered, the purchase is final; section 5 explains how to ask for a refund.

4. If you paid and the items did not arrive

  1. Check that you are signed in to the same Dice Duo account and the same Google Play account that you used for the purchase.
  2. Connect to the internet, open the Store in Dice Duo and choose Restore purchases at the bottom of the screen (it reads Retry purchases while a delivery is waiting). It completes a delivery that was interrupted.
  3. If Google Play still shows the payment as pending, wait until Google Play confirms it. Items are added only after that.
  4. Still missing? Write to support@bouncycomet.com with your Google Play order number, the email address of your Dice Duo account and what went wrong. We check the order with Google Play. If the payment completed and the items were never added to your account, we add them or, if we cannot, arrange a refund through Google Play.

Restore purchases also re-checks the one-time bundles the account owns. It does not add coins a second time, and it never refills a coin pack that was already delivered.

5. How to ask for a refund

Virtual items are digital content delivered for immediate use, so a purchase is final and is not refunded, except where the law that applies to you or Google Play's refund policy says otherwise. One more exception is ours: we arrange a refund when a completed payment could not be delivered (section 4). We decide every other request case by case. To ask for a refund:

  1. Ask Google Play first. Open your Google Play order history, find the order, choose Report a problem and say that you want a refund. Google decides the request under its own rules: see Request a refund on Google Play and Google Play's refund policies.
  2. Then write to us. If Google Play sends you to the developer, or cannot help, email support@bouncycomet.com. Google Play's help says that when more than 48 hours have passed since the purchase, you should contact the developer of the app. That is us.
  3. Tell us three things. The Google Play order number (it starts with GPA. and is on the receipt Google Play emailed you and in your order history), the email address of your Dice Duo account, and what went wrong.
  4. Never send payment details. We do not need card numbers, bank details or passwords and will not ask for them.
  5. We reply by email. We read every request ourselves and usually reply within a few business days. If a week goes by with nothing, send it again.

A refund we approve is paid back through Google Play, normally to the payment method used for the order. We cannot pay a refund in cash, to a different card or account, or outside Google Play. How long the money takes to arrive depends on Google Play and on your payment method.

6. What happens after a refund

  • A purchase that is refunded, reversed or charged back is flagged for review at the studio.
  • The coins and items that purchase delivered may be removed from the account.
  • A refunded purchase cannot be restored with Restore purchases.

7. Children and purchases made without permission

Dice Duo is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, buy only with the permission of a parent or guardian who is entitled to use the payment method.

A parent or guardian who finds a purchase made without permission can ask Google Play for a refund from the order history of the Google account that paid, and can write to us at support@bouncycomet.com. Google Play's purchase verification setting can require a password or another check before every purchase.

8. Virtual items have no cash value

Coins, skins and boosters exist only inside the game. They cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, transferred or exchanged for money, and Dice Duo has no cash prizes. The full rule is in section 6 of our Terms of Service.

Deleting a Dice Duo account removes its coins and items, including purchased ones, and does not refund a purchase. A one-time bundle bought on a deleted account cannot be restored to a new one. See Delete Dice Duo account.

9. Contact

For a purchase problem or a refund request, write to support@bouncycomet.com. For a legal notice, use legal@bouncycomet.com. Every other route is on our contact page.

This page explains the purchase rules in our Terms of Service; if the two ever differ, the Terms apply. Our Privacy Policy explains which purchase records we keep. Nothing here removes a right your local consumer law gives you.

Problem with a purchase?

Send us the Google Play order number and the email address of your Dice Duo account. Never your card details.
